1. How do I pay for my order?

We currently accept payment through:

A. Bank Deposit or Online Transfer at BDO, BPI, METROBANK, GCASH

B. Remittance Partners through MLhuillier, Palawan Express, Cebuana Lhuiller

Please send us a copy of proof of payment (deposit slip or fund transfer confirmation) with your written order number via email to magicalpartiesph@gmail.com or Viber to 0998 554 5352

 

2. How long can I reserve my order?

We will reserve your orders for 72 hours (3 business days) to give you time to settle your payment upon receipt of your invoice via email.

Orders with no feedback after 72 hours will be cancelled.

 

3. If I place an order today when will I receive it?

Delivery point of origin is Cebu City.

Orders received by 5:00PM of present day will be processed for shipment on the next working day.

Kindly wait 2-3 business days for Visayas & Mindanao packages and 3-4 days for Metro Manila & Luzon packages.

You may also track your packages using your waybill number.

Additional Shipping Guidelines due to COVID:

As a result of several restrictions imposed by the PH government to control the spread of COVID, our Partner Couriers have made adjustments in their operations which may result to a longer shipping schedule.

With this new information, we HIGHLY ENCOURAGE our customers to place your orders at least 3 WEEKS ahead of the planned celebration to give our partner couriers ample lead time for shipping.

MAGICAL PARTIES does not have control of our partner courier's operations and shall not be held liable for any delays.

 

4. Can I return my order?

We put extra effort to ensure the goods we deliver are in great condition and in top quality.

As a standard, we have a NO RETURN/ NO EXCHANGE POLICY. We will only exchange items that have faulty defects. Please double check your cart before payment. Paying means agreeing to our terms & conditions. 

For goods with faulty defects, as long as they are un-used and within their original packaging you can return them to us for a refund within 7 days. When returning any item to us please state the reason for the return and include your name, address, contact telephone number and order reference number.

 

5. Do you offer express delivery service?

We know how energy consuming planning parties can be. Since celebrations have fixed dates, we highly encourage you to order in advance to ensure enough delivery leadtime. Any delays caused by the courier shall not be taken against Magical Parties.

BUT we will do what we can to help. For express/urgent deliveries, please add a note during checkout so we'll know!
